Grilling season has begun, so I figured I’d show off my 2015 initial grill. People ask me a lot how I prepare burgers at home, and the truth is I keep it very simple. All you need is great beef, a great bun, toppings to your liking and the right tools. To that end, I went with Schweid & Sons’ Custom Blend, brioche buns from Rachel’s Garden, American cheese, garlic dill pickles, and grilled onion.

I also got to test how some funky new grill-ware that I got from Abundant Chef. Dope ceramic knives and cutting boards, and a fun-as-much-as-functional grill glove made for a quick, clean grill.
